Depot Climbing are looking for a motivated and skilled Front of House Manager to push its incredible team and help create amazing experiences! This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with customer facing managerial experience to build on their abilities and really get involved with a rapidly developing brand.
The role directly reports the Centre Manager and involves the orchestration of the daily running of the centre. You will be expected to develop your team and drive customer service and sales initiatives, while nurturing a culture of positivity and excellence within the centre.
We are looking for someone with extensive customer facing experience, that is keen to push themselves and their team to progress and thrive in a dynamic and fluid environment. The successful candidate will need to have previous management experience within a fast paced industry and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
