Regional Manager (catering) - Manchester
Regional Manager (Catering)Up to 50,000 per annum + Company Car / Car allowance Benefits include: CRISP pension, Bupa Healthcare and Non-Contractual bonus scheme.
This role will oversee a team of unit managers providing a food service within 12 of our client's premises in Manchester and Yorkshire.

As a Regional Manager, key responsibilities include but not limited to:You will monitor, control financial performance and maintain costs within the budgeted targets, making sure all ordering and stock are within budget.Management of multiple sites within your area.Establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels within the Company and the Client organisations.To ensure that the Company and Client standards are met as well as financial targets, administration, compliance and reporting procedures are carried out.Monitor and support your team, recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.Hold team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets and achievements.Develop and evolve all client's services at locations, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented.Comply with Company and statutory policies and procedures and regulations.About you:2+ Years experience at a senior level as a Area / Regional manager leading and inspiring operational teams to deliver resultsPrevious multi-site contract catering backgroundExperience within high street head office environments.Previous experience running multiple P&Ls essentialExperience in building and maintaining client relationships essentialStrong Catering background essentialProven ability to effectively build relationships and influence internally at a senior levelLed the implementation of change programmes to deliver operational benefitsAbility to drive and retain businessExperience of working within brand guidelines to deliver resultsExperience in highly commercial and price sensitive marketsExcellent communication and presentation skillsDemonstrable success as a credible and confident influencerThe ability to quickly build a trusted relationship with cross-functional customers Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft TeamsWorks well under pressure to meet deadlinesA creative and innovative thinkerAble to quickly build credibility with key stakeholdersAbout UsWe ensure you're rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to:27 days holiday plus bank holidaysBUPA healthcare (Single, Married or Family cover)Company Car or AllowanceNon-Contractual Bonus SchemeFinancial wellbeing programme and preferred rates on salary finance productsAviva Digicare - Free annual healthcare check Medicash - Discounted health cash plan providing cash back on a range of medical treatments including Dental, Optical and Consultant appointments for you and your family.
