The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for an In-Room Dining Waiter to join our talented In-Room Dining team. We are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.

In the role of In-Room Dining Waiter, your key focus will be to:

• ensure all orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to standards
• be fully conversant with all the In-Room Dining menu
• demonstrate excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus to guests
• provide prompt, friendly and efficient service
• personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity
• maximise sales opportunities, upsell where appropriate
• be responsible for ensuring bills are dealt with accurately
• prepare amenities for guest rooms
• prepare mise-en-place and ensure be prepared for service

Do you have? -

• previous experience in a similar 5* environment
• strong interest in food and beverage
• flair, passion and a conscientious attitude
• confidence, professionalism and engaging personality
• ability to think outside of the box to surprise and delight our guests
• excellent attention to detail
• clear conversational English language, knowledge of foreign languages is beneficial
