Kitchen Team

Our Kitchen Teams are essential in ensuring our delicious food concepts are prepared and presented to the highest standard. We are looking for people with real attention to detail, a passion for delivering tasty fresh food with an understanding of the importance of stock control, specs and food hygiene compliance.

Responsibilities will include:

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Preparing fresh food food for service to Company specification
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

• Everyone in our team must have a commitment to maintaining high standards in the kitchen and of course, be a fun person to work with! Food is a big priority for Bermondsey and opportunity is abundant for ambitious people!
• We look for passionate foodies who take pride in what comes out of the kitchen
• Knowledge of current food hygiene and safety laws
• Great processes in place to ensure effective stock control

• Working with a great team in one of Bermondsey Pubs most impressive sites
• One to one coaching with our fantastic Food training team
• Ongoing training and development as part of the Food Academy
• A number of Kitchen Apprenticeship opportunities to actively support progression within Bermondsey; including Commis Chef, Production Chef & Senior Production Chef programmes
