Lisa Jones

Lisa joined our team in Cardiff as a waitress. Her positivity and natural ability to engage others propelled her towards her first promotion of supervisor within only a few months. After inspiring service and shining in her role, she proved herself ready to take the next step on our career ladder becoming an Assistant Manager.

Now an Assistant General Manager, Lisa continues to shine as a top performer and has embarked on her journey towards becoming a General Manager.

Adam Skiba

Joining us as a kitchen porter Adam quickly progressed to the position of section chef after demonstrating a keen interest to learn. His talent, drive and dedication over the  last few years has resulted in him continuing his journey along our career ladder to the position of Head Chef where he continues to grow and inspire his team to create exceptional food and delivers operational excellence.
