Assistant Restaurant Managers - Hixter Bankside

We are currently seeking experienced full time Assistant Restaurant Managers to work at one of Mark Hix’s restaurant in London.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Hixter Bankside.

Set behind the Tate Modern, and just minutes away from Borough Market, Hixter Bankside follows the success of Tramshed - awarded Time Out's Best Meat Restaurant just months after opening! Set in what used to be an old metal box factory, the building is full of fascinating artwork from leading British artists, and the menu delivers chicken and steak in sizes designed to share. And downstairs, is hidden the latest outpost of Mark's award-winning cocktail bar.

At least two years' experience in a similar role and a strong command of English is essential. The right candidate will be a team player with good customer service skills, able to cope in a demanding role. A keen interest and knowledge of British food is preferred.

You must be interested in learning about Mark Hix and his style of food and service and able to impart your knowledge to our customers.
