Food & Beverage Manager - Hoburne Naish, New Milton

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 PA DOE

Between the beach and the New Forest, there's always loads to do at Hoburne Naish holiday park in Hampshire and it is an exciting time to join the team as a Food & Beverage Manager.

Hoburne Naish enjoys an enviable reputation in the Holiday Parks Industry, having received no less than 10 consecutive Rose Awards for Excellence and currently graded “Excellent” by the English Tourist Board.  The Park covers more than 100 acres and enjoys almost 1,000 yards of cliff frontage with unrivalled views to the Isle of Wight and Christchurch Bay.

For Hoburne Naish to retain its reputation within the Holiday Industry we must continue to offer the highest standards in facilities, accommodation and service and we are now looking for an F & B Manager to join our team.

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the F&B Team in delivering outstanding customer service.  The successful candidate will have the ability and passion to run the efficient management of all food, beverage and retail activities to the highest level. 

They will also require the following:

  • A proven track record in the leisure and hospitality industry
  • Ability to manage all day to day food & beverage operations
  • Ability to supervise, manage and coach employees
  • Experienced at running events
  • Experience with setting menus and food pricing
  • Proficient in monitoring and controlling stock
  • High level of inter-personal skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Branded food led business experience.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous hospitality/leisure industry experience.  They must have a positive attitude, be a team player and be able to deliver excellent customer service at all times.

This is a full-time position. The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be expected to work most weekends and Bank Holidays.
