Between the beach and the New Forest, there's always loads to do at Hoburne Naish holiday park in Hampshire and it is an exciting time to join the team as a Chef.

Hoburne Naish enjoys an enviable reputation in the Holiday Parks Industry, having received no less than 10 consecutive Rose Awards for Excellence and currently graded “Excellent” by the English Tourist Board.  The Park covers more than 100 acres and enjoys almost 1,000 yards of cliff frontage with unrivalled views to the Isle of Wight and Christchurch Bay.

For Hoburne Naish to retain its reputation within the Holiday Industry we must continue to offer the highest standards in facilities, accommodation and service.

For this role we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Chef from within the leisure and hospitality industry. The successful candidate will have the ability to assist the team to deliver the highest level of food and service.  They will also require the following: -

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Catering
  • Experience in the leisure and hospitality industry
  • Previous chef/kitchen experience
  • A high level of inter-personal skills
  • Be self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Able to provide the highest level of customer care and service skill

The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work some anti-social hours including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Rate of pay: Negotiable due to experience

As a member of staff, you will have a Hoburne Team Card giving you access to a range of staff benefits and 30 working days holiday per year - including 8 public holidays (for a full-time position) pro-rata.
