About the Pub -

We are looking for a Strong mature Assistant Manager with previous experience of in a food lead business or brand.

Trooper Potts is a modern unit built Hungry Horse in Reading. This is a family friendly Hungry Horse with a small sports bar with a team of around a team of 20.Must be fully competent with all back office systems, banking, stock ordering and taking although full training may be given to the right applicant.

A strong candidate is required to Manage and Maintain the business in the GM Absence with the opportunity to develop to General Manager within the Hungry Horse Brand, engage and motivate the team to deliver great guest measures.
