About the Pub

The Sixfields is a community Hungry Horse pub situated in a retail park next to Northampton Town football club and one mile away from Franklin Gardens Rugby club.

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join this great team. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years experience in a high volume branded pub or restaurant, and be able to lead a team of 10, driving exceptional standards whilst delivering several expected KPI's.

Our Kitchen Managers are expected to lead all elements of managing a team, supported by the General Manager. The successful candidate will have excellent stock management skills, and experience of performance management, both formal and informal. Strong communication skills are desired, has is the ability to lead and drive food quality and speed of service, whilst maintaining our already excellent 5* standards.
