Casual Catering Assistants Required

Location: Leicestershire, LE16 9HF

 

The Catering Assistant’s role is to work within the catering team to achieve high standards of service and customer care at all times. The role will also ensure food is hygienically prepared and served in accordance with standards laid down by the Catering Supervisor.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Serve customers hot & cold beverages
• Serve hot & cold food

• Receive, record and stock rotate deliveries as required
• Carry out daily temperature checks
• Adhere to cleaning matrix requirements & schedule
• Re-stock vendors with appropriate food items

 

Specific Requirements:

• No experience necessary, but must have a good working attitude and willing to learn
• Strong communication and customer care skills
• Food hygiene certificate (Level 2)
• First Aid at work
• A good team player
