Cleaning Supervisor - St.Bartholemews Hospital, London

Salary: £22,535.37

We are currently recruiting for a number Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The purpose of this role will be to ensure an effective and efficient Hotel Service is delivered within the clinical area for which the job role holder is responsibility.  You will provide support to the Cleaning Assistants, Ward Housekeepers, Ward Hostesses and Porters within the area to ensure a high quality of service delivery.  Ensure Food Hygiene, Patient Meals, cleanliness and hygiene standards within the hospital environment are monitored and maintained.

What skills do you need?

• Experience of supervising and leading a large team within in a cleaning environment
• Good communication skills including verbal and written English
• Good customer care skills
• A good team player who will work well with different types of people
• Manual handling/risk assessment/fire safety training would be useful but not essential           
• Level 3 food Hygiene
