Kitchen Supervisor (Days) - Head Office - Ashville Trading Estate, Cheltenham

Due to our continuing growth, we  are looking for a Food Production Supervisor to join the SOHO family on Day Shifts, in our Central Production Unit at our Head Office, located in Ashville Trading Estate, Cheltenham.

At SOHO, we are passionate about food, and we pride ourselves on being a food-led coffee business, where we sell delicious, handmade food alongside our fantastic triple-certified coffee.

Working with our fantastic Days team in the Kitchen, you will be responsible for creating our inviting food for sale in stores. On Days, you will be overseeing and assisting in the production of our delicious salads, toasties, wraps, melts and yogurt pots, as well as sauces and mixes.

Our Food Production team are the heart of SOHO and as Supervisor, you are an integral part of the production process by overseeing production operations and helping guarantee that production remains a smooth and efficient process. You are instrumental in upholding Quality Control for the Company.

Shifts are 5 days out of 7 between 06:00-15:00, but with a need for some flexibility.

If you have previous supervisory experience of working in a high-volume food production environment, such as a kitchen, bakery or factory, or have extensive experience within the industry and are looking for your next step up, then we would love to hear from you.

We ensure that every one of our Food Production Operatives goes through our great internal training prior to any Kitchen duties, including Health & Safety, the equivalent of Food Safety Level 3, Allergens and COSHH.

Hours & Pay

  • Full Time; 40 hours per week
  • £19,000 per annum
  • 28 Days Holiday per year, with increase after 5 years’ service
